Nicole Jeter West, Chief Marketing Officer, leads all aspects of Legends’ marketing strategy and acts as the company’s brand steward. Nicole’s responsibilities include oversight of the company’s marketing and advertising strategy, internal and external communications, sales campaigns and marketing metrics, while also overseeing Legends’ digital platforms and creative services team.
Nicole is a key contributor to Legends’ innovative, strategic and operational initiatives across each of the company’s three verticals – Global Sales, Global Planning and Hospitality. Specifically, Nicole works closely with existing clients in all divisions to develop revenue generating marketing campaigns and capabilities to drive awareness and sales, while consulting on marketing, branding, traditional and digital media.
Over her career, Nicole has built an esteemed reputation as a collaborative professional and thought-leader. As Managing Director, Ticketing and Digital Strategy at the USTA, Nicole developed the ticket sales initiatives for the US Open and oversaw all aspects of ticket operations. She also managed the USTA’s Ticketmaster relationship and helped to innovate and enhance the US Open primary and secondary ticket markets. Additionally, she managed the IBM relationship and oversaw the monetization of all US Open digital platforms. Nicole held the titles of Director, Digital Strategy and Partnerships and Director of Marketing during her USTA tenure and also spent nine years at Madison Square Garden as Marketing Director and Manager for the New York Knicks.
Nicole is a graduate from the University of Delaware, and lives in New Jersey with her husband, Rodney, and their three children, Xavier, Tyler and Sydney.
