Surprise Military Homecoming at Klipsch Music Center
At Legends, we believe in consistently enhancing the guest experience at each of our venues. Most recently, we’d like to highlight a member of our Live Nation, District Manager Jerry Adams, and his entire operations team for making an incredible impression on the guest experience. A non-profit group member at Klipsch Music Center reached out to set up a surprise homecoming for a friend in the military, with the hopes of creating a once-in-a-lifetime surprise.
After being granted a few days off from his United States Army post in Africa, Dillon Flynn’s sister, Brigid, wanted to surprise their parents at a concert they were attending. Collaborating with Jerry, they formed a plan to “randomly” upgrade Mr. and Mrs. Flynn to a VIP area and disguise Dillon as a server, assigned to their table.
On the day of the show, Jerry approached the Flynn’s and apologized for their service that evening, offering up a new server who would take care of them. That server? Their son Dillon.
Amidst tears of joy, the staff were holding “Welcome home Dillon” signs to complete the moment. It was a touching experience for everyone involved, which our entire Legends team was humbled to be a part of.
We received the following email the next day…
