Bob Zorn, Vice President of Operations & Guest Experience for Legends Global Attractions, focuses on innovating and creating interactive, unique features for guests at each attraction. Beginnig with Legends specifically at One World Observatory in New York City, was heavily involved in the design, development, construction and opening of OWO, and initially oversaw the day-to-day operation of the facility, its staff and security functions. In addition to One World Observatory, Bob has been involved in the design and implementation of our attractions in both Los Angeles and Seattle, and is currently working on the team developing Prudential Tower in Boston as well as the Illuminarium.

A knowledgeable professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and attraction industry, Bob previously spent five years as the AVP for Museum Services at the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum. Under his direction, the Intrepid underwent a total re-working of the guest experience which helped lead to increases in attendance and revenue. He spearheaded a new emphasis on public tours, exhibit explainers and in revamping the Volunteer and Docent programs of the museum. Those changes led to new revenue generating opportunities for the museum and resulted in a consistent message throughout the institution.

Prior to joining the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum, Bob has held various positions of increasing responsibilities with the Empire State Building, where he was the Director of the Observatory, Top of the World at the World Trade Center, Harry M. Stevens and Aramark Entertainment, Inc. including positions at Nassau Coliseum, Shea Stadium and Giants Stadium.
