Banc of California Stadium Case Study

Legends Global Planning took on a project development role for the newest stadium in Major League Soccer – Los Angeles Football Club’s home field, Banc of California Stadium. The 22,000-seat, natural grass facility is the largest in the MLS, featuring premium seating areas in a league-high 14 percent stadium, made up of 35 suites, 1,700 club seats, 100 loge box seats and three clubs serving all premium spaces. Attached to Banc of California Stadium is a 37,000-square-foot ancillary building with three occupiable floors, which will feature a team store and a two-story restaurant. Additionally, there is an open-air rooftop space with the capacity to host 1,000-person events.

Both buildings are housed on a 15-acre lot with private VIP parking for up to 250 cars, which will be available for general public on non-event days to facilitate restaurant and team store parking.
