PAULA Portz brings over 29 years of sports and entertainment facility program/project management industry experience to our clients. In her executive leadership role, Paula oversees all projects, providing expertise, guidance, and support as it related to the selection and contracting of the architect, consultants and contractor teams; establishing the overall budget and project costs; conducting design reviews; value engineering analysis and operational input; site visits and construction reviews; assisting in claim and contract management; and presentations to stakeholders regarding the status of the project.
Paula has been involved in over $7 billion of sports and entertainment facility-related projects, ranging from small renovation projects to major new construction projects. In all of her past engagements, the facilities were located in high density, populated, congested areas, or were operating facilities that required constant communication and coordination. In addition, all of her past projects have opened on time or early, and on or under budget.
