Denise Taylor


Denise Taylor, President of Global Technology Solutions, focuses on a burgeoning need in the marketplace for future-forward services ranging from technology owner’s representation, data analytics, revenue generation strategies, in-venue technology design, digital and mobile solutions, technology consulting, in addition to an experiential platform that will drive immersive and engaging guest experiences. Denise works on future-forward strategic direction, cutting-edge guest-facing technology, and business development opportunities for partners across all verticals within Legends.


Denise joined Legends from Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW), where she was named Global Chief Information Officer in 2015. URW is the premier global developer and operator of flagship shopping destinations, with a portfolio value of over $72 billion. In that role, Denise was responsible for the global strategic direction of the use of technology and ensuring solutions enhance partnerships with all stakeholders, including clients.


She also developed new revenue streams capable of delivering over $30M+ annually, in addition to developing innovative digital products, such as Westfield Mobile App and Smart Parking, leveraging service-oriented concepts to enhance the consumer’s experience, as well as demonstrate Westfield’s position as state-of-the-art shopping destination.


Before URW, Denise was at AEG for over nine years, most recently as Global Chief Information Officer. At AEG, Denise was responsible for the overall technology strategy, including design, implementation and management of team, league and venue technologies, resulting in an increased ROI, as well as improving fan experience.


Residing in California for over 20 years of her professional career, Denise studied at Pepperdine University, earning a B.S. in Management before receiving a Master of Business Administration.
