Allegiant Stadium – Sponsorship Valuation

BACKGROUND

Legends and CSL have worked on behalf of the National Football League, the Oakland Raiders and the City of Las Vegas to serve as a stadium development advisor and conduct the necessary market research and planning that lead to the decision to finance a new state-of-the-art NFL stadium and relocate the Oakland Raiders to Las Vegas.

PROJECT

CSL’s due diligence spanned initial relocation studies for the NFL, subsequent stadium feasibility studies for the City of Las Vegas and ticketing, seat license, naming rights and sponsorship valuation studies. The report included a full naming rights valuation that showcased the key elements and value to the sponsor, an analysis of potential founding partner categories with minimum and maximum category valuations, a target project list for each key business category and overall sponsorship revenue projections for the team.

RESULTS

Legends was subsequently retained by the Raiders to lead the sales campaign for naming rights, sponsorships, seat licenses and premium seating for the new stadium which are all tied to supporting the Raider’s contribution toward stadium development costs. The $1.8 billion, 65,000-seat Las Vegas Raiders Stadium is ready for the 2020 NFL season.
