ALICIA has over 20 years of diverse experience from traditional consulting, civil engineering and planning to the development and execution of major capital programs as well as roles in corporate strategy and business operations. In her role as Chief Administrative Officer, she is responsible for oversight of project delivery, ensuring that project and program execution performs at the highest levels, exceeding clients’ expectations.  She has a deep understanding of clients’ business performance objectives and how this may translate to their capital project needs.

Prior to joining Legends, Alicia was involved in the delivery of transformative capital programs and held corporate leadership roles focused on delivering top and bottom-line growth.  She also oversaw the planning and governance of the major capital portfolio for the UCLA campus and medical enterprise, one of the largest campus capital building programs in the country.  Early in her career, she worked as a civil engineer, transportation planner and served in the US Navy as a flight officer.
