Bill Bailey



Bill has over 35 years of diverse experience working in the architecture and construction industry that includes the project management of large, complex building projects such as NRG Stadium, Minute Maid Park, Kyle Field, and McLane Stadium. He also was involved with the programming, planning, and technical expertise to support these facilities. His depth of experience as an architect, construction manager, and owner’s representative provide him with a strong understanding of our clients’ goals and objectives. Bill is a licensed architect, LEED professional, and a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Associated General Contracts of America (AGC), and Lean Construction Institute (LCI).

Bill currently leads the project team at the Los Angeles Sports and Entertainment District (LASED) as the on-site Principal in Charge. He also led the Legends Project Development team as the Owner’s Representative for the successfully completed SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California.
