Los Angeles Football Club Stadium

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

BMO Stadium, formerly Banc of California Stadium is a 510,000 square foot facility with vast amounts of open air, 86,000 square feet of customized hybrid Bermuda grass, with 22,000 seats spread over four unique and inter-connecting stands. This LEED Silver Certified stadium is the largest building area stadium in Major League Soccer (MLS). There are 3 clubs, 35 suites, 1,700 club seats, and 100 loge box seats. 190,000 square feet of ETFE roofing is supported by arching trusses that not only give the stadium’s signature architectural shape but also reflects solar heat and work to minimize light spill and sound transmission to adjacent neighborhoods.

The stadium complex also includes a separate but attached 365-day commercial building (Ancillary Building) that has multiple restaurants, a team store, and a rooftop event planning space. The Ancillary Building can be vertically expanded with all floors connected to the stadium. A 250-car VIP parking lot is located on property. Ample existing parking exists within Exposition Park making this site unique in urban Los Angeles.
